William Levi Blair, lovingly known as “Levi,” passed away suddenly on July 5, 2025, at the age of 38. A proud resident of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Levi spent over 12 years working at Boston Whaler, where his dedication and hard work were deeply respected.
Levi was a man whose heart belonged to his family and the outdoors. He found joy in fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature—but above all, Levi lived for the people he loved. He adored his wife and children with a fierce devotion and was the kind of man who would drop everything to help someone in need. He welcomed everyone with open arms, treating friends like family and strangers like old friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, his three beloved children, his mother, and two half-brothers. He also leaves behind the close friends he considered his chosen family.
Levi’s presence was a gift—warm, loyal, and full of life. He leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and strength that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life for Levi will be held Friday, July 18, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 4815 S. Clyde Morris Blvd, Port Orange, FL 32129.
