Linda had a gift for making people feel comfortable and cared for—usually with a good laugh mixed in. She had a warm heart, a sharp sense of humor, and a way of reminding everyone not to take life too seriously. Time spent with family meant everything to her, and she showed her love in the simple, genuine ways that mattered most.
She is survived by her loving husband, Roy Bruce; her sons, Adam Bruce, Joshua Bruce, Randy Bruce, and Jason Bruce; and her daughters-in-law, Gina, Erica, Lisa, and Kayla. Linda was a proud and devoted grandmother to Tabitha, Santino, Luciano, Ronan, Regan, and Odin, who brought her endless joy.
Linda will be remembered for her kindness, her humor, and her ability to make everyday moments feel special. Her legacy lives on in the love she gave so freely and the stories that will be told for years to come.
A funeral service will be held on February 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home in Port Orange, Florida, for close family and friends.
A Celebration of Life, open to all who wish to honor Linda, will follow the same day from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Venue 142 in DeLand, Florida.
In true Linda fashion, guests are encouraged to come as they are, share a laugh, and tell a favorite story.
Linda Lou Bruce will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
