

Lisa Anne Bouchard, born in 1962 in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, surrounded by the love of those whose lives she touched. She was born to William and Barbara Bennett and was the beloved older sister of Theodora Drager.
After graduating from high school, Lisa pursued her calling to care for others by attending Mercy School of Nursing in Detroit, where she earned her diploma as a Registered Nurse. Nursing was more than a profession to Lisa—it was her life's purpose. Throughout her distinguished career, she was known for her compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to her patients. Her natural leadership and expertise led her to become a nursing supervisor, where she not only guided her teams with wisdom and integrity but also mentored countless nurses, inspiring them to grow both professionally and personally.
Outside of her career, Lisa found great joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved cooking meals that brought family and friends together, planting beautiful flowers that reflected her love of nature, and opening her home to those she cared about. Whether hosting family gatherings or welcoming friends with warmth and laughter, Lisa had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel at home. Her greatest joy was spending time with her beloved grandson, Adam Bouchard Jr., affectionately known as "Bubba," creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever.
Lisa will be remembered for her quick wit, kind heart, generous spirit, and boundless creativity. Her legacy is one of service, love, and unwavering devotion to the people fortunate enough to know her.
Lisa is lovingly survived by her son, Adam Bouchard; her daughter-in-law, Lana Bouchard; her treasured grandson, Adam Bouchard Jr.; her sister, Theodora Drager (Glen); her aunt, Carol Glander; and her nieces, Desiree and Dominique Drager.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Barbara Bennett.
Though Lisa's presence will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on in the family she cherished, the friends she welcomed, the nurses she mentored, and the countless lives she touched through her kindness, compassion, and love. She will forever be remembered with gratitude, admiration, and love.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend to honor and celebrate Lisa's life and the lasting impact she made on so many.
