Louise Brissette Memorial service for Louise Brissette, 100, who died October 20, 2011, will be 3 p.m. October 31, 2011 at Port Orange Hospice Care Center Chapel 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange. Mrs. Brissette was born Feb. 6, 1911 in Burlington, VT. She was married to the late Albert Brissette. Together they owned North Star Bowling Lanes in Wilmington, VT and she taught school in Halifax and Wilmington until her retirement in 1976. Mrs. Brissette was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and she enjoyed puzzles, playing cards, reading and spending time with her family. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Alberta, Holly Hill; Caroline Ricard, Port Orange and Anne Hopkins, Titusville and sons, Samuel, Colchester, VT; Lawrence, Titusville and James, Mims. and many grandchildren; great grandchildren and great -great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in her memory to Hospice Care Center 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange.
