Mark A. Forst, 74, passed away on August 5, 2012 with his family by his side. He was a retired Philadelphia Police Officer and a true Eagles fan. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Patricia (nee) Polaski; his grandson, Daniel Fletcher; daughter Susan Fletcher and all his family in Philadelphia;sister Joan Gorman; sister-in-laws, Doris MacDonald, Mary Polaski, Diane Polaski and all his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Forst and four great brother-in laws, Fran, Tom, Oly and Mike. According to Mark's wishes there will be no services..
