Melinda Joyce Tedeschi

Melinda J. (St. Pierre) Tedeschi of Port Orange, FL, passed away on October 19 at the age of 81. She was the daughter of the late Joseph O. and Josephine A. St. Pierre of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Tedeschi for 59 years.

Before moving to Florida in 2002, Melinda and her family resided in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. While living in RI, she was employed by Woonsocket Public Schools for over 30 years.

Melinda is survived by her two devoted sons and their families who meant the world to her. She was so proud of each and every one of them. Robert, Jr. and wife, Laurie, of Cranston, RI and granddaughters Brittany Tedeschi of Rhode Island and Kenzi Tedeschi of Massachusetts. David and wife, Krista, of Barrington, New Hampshire, granddaughter Arabella, and grandson Luca. She is also survived by great granddaughter, Alixzandra Medeiros.

Melinda is survived by two brothers Joseph St. Pierre of Burrillville, RI and John St. Pierre (Susan) of East Greenwich, RI. She is also predeceased by her sister, Marian (St. Pierre) Mongeon.

Melinda was a kind and generous woman who deeply loved her family and friends. She loved her home in Crane Lakes and cherished the many friends she made there. She also adored her beloved Yorkies. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, October 27, at 8:30 am at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 4675 Clyde Morris Boulevard, Port Orange, FL 32128.
