Mildred Henderson 78, of Port Orange, passed away Wednesday September 7, 2011 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on September 13, 1932 in Carrabelle, Fl, daughter of the late Mary Ann (nee Smith) and Jim Putnal. A resident of Port Orange since 1953, Mildred worked for Winn Dixie for many years until her retirement. She will always be remembered for her unconditional love and devotion to her children and grandchildren and family. Left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Linda Sytsma of Port Orange; Donna Nixon of Edgewater; and Betty Ross of Linden VA.; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
