Rose Emma Pierce

Rose Emma Pierce, 77, of South Daytona went to be with the Lord Friday, November 20, 2015. She was born in Manchester Ohio daughter of Orville and Edna Dryden and has been a resident of this area since 1986.She was a very active member of Crossroads Baptist Church where she was a Greeter, and involved in the AWANA Club, Childcare, Visitation, Nursing Home, and Walk through Bethlehem Ministries. Rose was a professional care giver until her retirement year ago. She will always be remembered as a very giving person and for her good sense of humor. Her hobbies include gardening, working in the yard and walking on the beach. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Brian Brown,of Daytona Beach, Rhonda Hanson ,of Ohio and Soprina Hartung and her husband David of Port Orange; sister, Mable Napier of Ohio ; two grandchildren and four great grandsons. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her son Gregory Frost four brothers and four sisters. A Life Celebration Service will be held 6:00 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2015 at Crossroads Baptist Church 1851 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Daytona Beach, 32119.
