Roxanne S. Deknatel died on February 17th, 2022 at the age of 60. She was a beloved mother, wife, and member of the community in Wilbur-by-the-Sea. Roxanne was born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England. She grew up in New York City, attending Pratt Institute and then the University of Oregon for Architecture. She lived in Wilbur-by-the-Sea for 35 years and worked on many local architectural projects and for the City of Ormond Beach.
She is survived by her husband, David Rasmussen, their daughter Alexandria Rasmussen, her stepdaughter Tabitha Rasmussen, and her two brothers, Peter Davis and Michael Davis.
A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00am Thursday, March 3rd at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 201 University Blvd, Daytona Beach FL.
