Scott was a great teammate at Loyola. I remember seeing him sitting at the McGill Leacock building preparing for an anthropology class like it was yesterday. I was sad to learn of his passing. I will never forget what a genuine, great person that he was. His family is in my thoughts.

I'm so sorry for your loss, and I hope you find strength in the memories you hold in your heart.

I have the fondest memories of Scott from Loyola. A kind and gentle soul.  Not a mean bone in his body. 

He was our best middle line-backer in football. He seemed to move effortlessly across the field. He never missed a tackle. I played running back and I dreaded the days when I had to carry the ball against him in practice. Just when I thought I had him beat he would make a quiet second effort, reach up and tackle me. He was always a clean player who would help the opposition up after tackling them with a smile. A perennial team captain, Scott led by quiet example. 

I am so sorry to hear of this tragic loss.

Daniel, Lyse and I just became aware of Scott's passing. We can't begin to tell you how sorry we are! Scott was someone I always wanted to be close to whenever I was at the arena, someone who shared my passion for family, an honest man and someone that I wish I had had the chance to get to know even better.

I can't begin to imagine the loss of a spouse like Scott; so strong yet so kind and gentle. I can feel comforted only by the thought that he truly gave his all to his family and reflected in James one can see Scott's kindness, assertiveness and his compassion for others.
