Susan Giordano

A celebration of life for Susan Giordano (nee' Skidgell), who went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Halifax Health Medical Center, Daytona Beach, will be 11:00 am on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 4815 Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange.

Mrs. Giordano was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to the Daytona Beach area, from there, in 1982. She was a graduate of Eastern High School, class of 1965. She loved her family and friends dearly and also caring for people.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony M. Giordano, Sr and her parents, Inez and Charles Skidgell. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving children, son, Tony (Heather), Daytona Beach, daughter, Michele (Eric) Gaffka, Port Orange, son, Jeff (Patricia), Baltimore, MD, son, Kevin, South Daytona, daughter, Kimberly Carr, Redline, PA; sister, Sandra Sadler, Baltimore, MD; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the care and trust of Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, Port Orange, FL.
