Suzanne E. Thompson, 22, of Daytona Beach, passed away suddenly on January 30, 2013 as a result of a hit and run car accident. Suzanne was born on March 8, 1990 in Oceanside California and has been a resident of this area for over three years. She was an artist who loved to draw and read. Her family will always remember her as a giving person who was an adored and devoted big sister to “fruit loop” and the special bond she shared with her “Bamma”. Left to cherish her memory is her son, PJ ;her mother and step father, Becky Thompson and Jeff Jenkins of Port Orange; her father, Michael Chavers of Portland OR; sister, Emily Thompson of Port Orange; brothers, David and Michael Vin Zant, Portland OR; maternal grandmother Priscilla Brieck of California; her papa, Ron Bridickas of PA; and her uncle Matthew Selznick of CA. The family will receive friends 5-6 pm, Monday, February 4, 2013 at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 4815 Clyde Morris Blvd, Port Orange. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 PM.
