

Visitation will be held 6-7 pm (today) Saturday March 9th, 2012 at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 4815 Clyde Morris Blvd. Port Orange. Funeral services will follow at 7 pm.
Tina was born on August 8th, 1959 to Tommy and Patsy Evans in Statesville, NC. She was also loved and deeply cared for by her grandparents, Paul and Mamie Evans. She went on to attend South Iredell High School and completed her high school education at Daytona Beach Community College. She was an entrepreneur who began a construction cleaning business that she eventually sold in order to realize her dream of being a restaurateur like her Uncle Harold and Aunt Allie. She eventually owned and operated two restaurants, the Countryside Café’ and the Countryside Café, too, lovingly known by patrons near and far as ‘The Cow Place’. In addition to her love of cooking, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gardening and serving others.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Stuart Pine; her sons Justin Gaynor and Andrew Pine; two grandchildren, Sebastian and Ayden Gaynor.
