My condolences to all Bill's family, especially his children.  I will always remember Bill's great sense of humor and giving nature.   As his former sister-in-law, my heart goes out to all his extended family.  So glad he was part of our family.  
And on behalf of Kenny, who loved his father dearly, wishing him eternal peace and happiness.

To the man who raised me sense I was 11 years old you took me and my mother in when no one would  you raised me as if I was your own you taught me all the finer points in life even though I was to hardheaded to realise it till I got older you are the reason why I am the man I am today an there is no way I can begin to express how thankful I am just to have you in my life being there with you Billy Kenny and johnny are the greatest memories I have in my life I know you are in a better place with Billy drinking your white Russian sitting in your chair right next to Jacob watching the sunset I will always and forever remember you as my father the man who raised me when no one else was there for us we all love you bill
