William T. Simms, 68, long time resident of Port Orange, FL passed away, Tuesday December 15, 2015. A finishing carpenter, Mr. Simms was born in Norman, Oklahoma on February 14, 1947 to William and Virginia Simms. Moving to the Port Orange area in 2000 from Key West, he is survived by his wife, Linda Sims; a son and daughter in law of Port Orange, FL; 2 daughters, of Port Orange, FL and Mendocino, CA; 2 brothers, both of California; a sister, located in Port Orange, and 3 great grandchildren.A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
