Angel was born in Utuado, PR to Aida Luz Orona and Ismael Rodriguez on September 22nd, 1964. He went to school at Roberto Clemente in Philadelphia, PA. He married Cherry M. Chavez on May 7th, 2006 in Cebu, Philipines. He worked as a Foreman for multiple construction companies.
Angel is preceded in death by his father and 2 brothers, Ismael Rodriguez Sr., Ismael Rodriguez Jr. and Carlos R. Orona.
Angel is survived by Cherry M. Rodriguez, Angel Gabriel Ramirez and Tierra Ramirez, Johua Anthony Rodriguez, Rosybell Aidalis Rodriguez, Carmen Lidia Rodriguez. Loida Rios Orona, Aida Luz Orona, Julian Ramirez, Reya Ramirez.
