Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Roy; son, Jeffrey Roy; sisters, Marie Herman and Gloria Waldron; and parents, Edmund and Hazel Abell. Barbara is survived by her son, Mark Roy; daughter, Kim Zitani, and her husband, Chris; and grandchildren, Shaun Matthew Zitani and Kevin Roy.
Barbara was a manager of operator services for SNET.
