

Cora Aldine Evans, a beloved, kind, and thoughtful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on December 30, 2025, at the age of 80. She was born on February 3, 1945, in Beckley, West Virginia, where she cherished fond memories of growing up in the mountains and always kept them close to her heart.
Cora is survived by her two daughters, Jessica “Nicki” O’Neill and Christina “Tina” Franco; her sons-in-law, Robert and Berni; her sister, Helen; and her grandchildren, Patrick, Lilly, Ava, and Alex. She was predeceased by her parents, Aubrey and Jessie Maye, and her brother, Richard.
Cora was a devoted homemaker who found joy in caring for her family. She loved baking, sewing, ironing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Cora’s final resting place will be at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill, West Virginia, where she will be surrounded by the beautiful mountains of her beloved home state.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on January 31, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Aycock at Tradition, located at 12571 Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987.
