This is Rich, Gene's little brother.  Gene is ten years my senior,  and when I was young, he learned and did many things before I was ready.  Over many years, he was the one that taught me many things ranging from kicking a football to making investments.
Gene will always be my Big Brother.

My dearest Friend in Heaven my greatest memory on meeting Gene was his love for St. Vincent de Paul society and all the moments we had in caring out our mission of helping those in need, I always looked forward to when Gene was there, those memories will be in Heart forever.

Ernie and family,
Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your sweet husband and father, Gene. A kind soul, a true gentleman, the world is a better place since Gene lived in it. Heaven gained another angel and we're all blessed to have him watching over us for eternity. Please know that I'm hugging you with the biggest bear hug I can muster (COVID be damned) and I will continue to pray for God's comfort in the coming days. I cantor next Sunday and I will lift my voice in prayers to the rafters for you all.
