Born in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, in 1931, Buster moved to Stuart, Florida in 1997 after retiring from Sun Oil Company.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Doris, and was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Mary Poore, and his brother, David Poore.
Buster was a devoted Mason and Shriner, committed to service and fellowship. He was full of life and enjoyed happy hour and many activities—bocce ball, golf, and cheering for the Phillies and Eagles.
A proud Korean War veteran, Buster will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Everyone who knew him loved him.
A Service will be held at Aycock Funeral Home, 12571 Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, on October 19 at 1:00 p.m.
