I am so sad and lost for words. Jason I am really going to miss talking to u on the phone. I am so glad I got to spend those few years that I did with you. When I first saw u I knew that you would be the one that could make me very happy it's so sad knowing I will never get to have any of those days with u again. But u will always have a place in my heart one day I will see u again and when I do you going to get the biggest hug from me u ever had. Love u always!

First and foremost, I would like to send my condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Furtado, Misty and entire family. I can only imagine the pain and sorrow, you must be feeling right now. I just learned of this today and I am in a state of disbelief and extreme sadness. Even though we had grown apart the last few years, living our own separate lives, Jason was never far from my thoughts. I don't throw the word "friend", around cheaply. I can count the number of true friends on 1 hand and Jason was 1 of them, ever since we were kids in middle school. I consider myself lucky, to have known him.

I am so sorry to hear about Jason. He was one of my favorite students ever at PSLHS. I always remember how much fun we had on our NY  drama trip and in our class. I am sorry I am away on vacation or I would have been there in person. Once again, so sorry for your loss.

There was no doubt the he loved you all so much. Jason was always willing to help his family and friends without hesitation. He will be missed tremendously, but luckily the memories we all have will live forever in our hearts.

I wrote a post earlier but must have been to long because it did not post. What I said, was that we were with Paul and Charlene had Jason. We were in Panama and were very close, my husband and I and Debbie and Darrel Walters we all had children and Jason was our first newborn. Holding him right after birth, I loved him right away. Debbie and I helped them when they came home. Last night when Mike and I grieved, he said, he was our baby boy, when I told Debbie, she said, but he was our baby, how could this happen. We have had unconditional love for him no matter his age. We are heartbroken and our love goes out to Paul and Charlene and misty and her precious  children .

To the Furtado family, I went to high school with Jason. Though I hadn't seen him in nearly 25 years my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of loss and mourning.
