Javier was born in Boynton Beach, Florida. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past twenty five years coming from Boynton Beach, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alfredo Maldonado.
Survivors include his loving mother, Cheryl Maldonado; one sister, Leah Maldonado; two brothers, Alfredo and his wife Kristin Maldonado; Nicolas Maldonado; two nieces, Sophia Maldonado, Avery Maldonado and one nephew, Emmitt Maldonado.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at First Congregational Church, 2401 SE Sidonia Street, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. Repass will follow at the Church Hall.
