Jorge Calderon, 69, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
Born in Havana, Cuba, Jorge built a beautiful life rooted in family, love, and simple joys. He had a deep passion for the ocean and spent many cherished hours fishing, relaxing on the beach, and traveling whenever the opportunity arose. A devoted sports fan, he enjoyed watching baseball, football, and soccer—often cheering on his favorite teams with family by his side.
Jorge was the beloved husband of Rosa Calderon, and a proud father to four children: Jasmin Castillo, Jorge Calderon, Gabriel Calderon, and Adriana Calderon. He was a loving grandfather to Jaelyn Castillo, Juliana Castillo, and Julia Calderon, all of whom brought him immense joy and pride.
He is also survived by his brother, Enrique Calderon, and his sister, Mercedes Del Rio. Jorge was preceded in death by his parents, Maria Calderon and Enrique Calderon, whose memory he carried with him always.
Jorge will be remembered for his warm smile, easy laughter, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew him.
