Katherine Marschall, aged 87 passed away peacefully on January 29th in Port St Lucie, FL. She was born on September 16th, 1938 in Aurora, Illinois and lived a life defined by kindness, strength, and deep devotion to her family.
A loving Spouse and Mother, Kay was the heart of her home. She had a way of making people feel welcomed and cared for, whether through her warm conversations, her generous spirit, or the simple comfort of her presence. She found joy in her Iowa Hawkeyes. Never missing a Saturday football game with Martini in hand, her family (especially her sister Marcia) and her boys, John, Jay, Jeff and Brian
She is survived by her spouse of 67 years, John Marschall and her son Brian Marschall who will carry her memory forward with gratitude and love. She was preceded in death by her parents Rudy & Helen and her son’s Jeff and Jay
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Boy’s Town, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Hibiscus Children’s Center in Florida in honor of her memory.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered
