Letitia “Tisha” Blythe Baker, 60, was born May 9th, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio. God saw her getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put his arms around her, and whispered, "Come to Me".

Our beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother was called away on October 10th, 2021 from her home in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Tisha had an aptitude for numbers which led her to own and operate her own accounting business for many years. Her vibrance was displayed in the way she lit up a room with her smile and laugh. Her spirit was strong and genuine, with a love that could be felt by those around her. She was a woman who always wanted to help and asked for nothing in return. Tisha lived her life working to ensure her family was always taken care of.

Tisha is preceded in death by her Father and Mother, Broadus Blythe of Covington, Kentucky and Alfleta Young of Houston, Texas and Sister, Pamela Delgadillo of Houston, Texas. Tisha leaves behind her immediate family to carry on her legacy of love including her husband, Steven Baker of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, daughter, Shannon Melvin of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Christopher and Tori Baker of Tampa, Florida, Brandon and Staci Baker of Starke, Florida and Garret Baker of Houston, Texas. Grandchildren, Liam, Ansley, Roman and Lucy. Sisters and Brothers, Cheryl Scahill of Florence, Kentucky, Alfleta Bowman of Houston, Texas and Andrew Young of Conroe, Texas. Niece and Nephew, Pamelia Delgadillo of Houston, Texas and Petin Delgadillo of Houston, Texas, along with many others and a host of wonderful friends.

A visitation for Tisha will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Aycock at Tradition, 12571 Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987. A funeral service will occur Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 12571 Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987. A committal service will occur Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, 2200 SW Del Rio Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34953.

Tisha was such a beautiful and kind hearted woman. She loved her family fiercely, and they loved her back. Steve was her whole world, and she was an amazing wife. Their house always sparkling, with everything just in the right place. Guests were greeted with the smell of a nice home cooked meal, or fresh baked hot apple pie (and of course her fur baby barking along side). When her grand babies came along, you couldn’t wipe that smile off her face! She showered them with love and lots of gifts, because that’s who she was, a giver. This world is a better place because she was here, and my life has been blessed to have known her. Tisha, I promise to keep an eye on your beloved Steve to make sure he doesn’t work so much, and remembers to take time out for himself. I also promise to bring him home cooked meals to the office although none of them will ever hold a candle to yours. Forever in our hearts!! Xoxox

I'm broken hearted to learn of Tisha's passing she and Steve were my next store neighbors till this past July when my daughter and I moved. She was a strong, loving, caring woman who loved Steve completely. She loved to talk about her grandson and loved that they spent a day together every week. And her beautiful, funny active dog Basil brought joy and laughter into their lives. Sending love and strength to the family in this very sad time
