Born in Euclid, Ohio, Mary Ann was the beloved daughter of the late Carmen and Jean (Parziale) Tarantino. She lived a life defined by love, generosity, and devotion to her family and friends. As the matriarch of our family, she was the foundation upon which generations were built, always placing the needs of others before her own.
For 66 wonderful years, Mary Ann shared a loving marriage with her husband, Troy. Together they built a family rooted in faith, love, and lasting traditions. Mary Ann’s greatest joy was caring for those she loved. Her kitchen was the heart of her home, and cooking was her love language. Whether preparing a holiday feast or a simple family meal, she brought people together and made everyone feel welcomed.
Mary Ann is survived by her devoted husband, Troy, her four children, Carma (Lars) Wallin, Anna Klemm, Tim (Todd Schmidt) Corrigan and Reneé (Matt) Wood. Her seven grandchildren; Erik (Ava) and Matt (Courtney) Wallin, Stephen (Lissa) Larson, Jeff (Jillian) and Kevin (Angela) Klemm, Maggie Wood, and Kaylie (Erik) Lutz. Also, eleven great-grandchildren; Lars Erik IV and Ettie Wallin, Philo, Ophelia, and Phaedra Wallin, Maxwell Larson and Amelia Larson, Silas, Juniper and Jonah Klemm, and baby boy Lutz due to arrive October, 2026. She is also survived by a brother, Anthony (Loretta, deceased) Tarantino.
Mary Ann leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love, selflessness, strength, and family. Her influence will continue to be felt through the many lives she touched and the family she cherished so deeply.
Though she is no longer with us, Mary Ann’s love, wisdom, and caring spirit will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
