Matilde was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina to the late Issac and Clara Schwartz (Bauman). In 1963 she relocated to Queens, New York before settling in Port St. Lucie in 1978. She adored her family and cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren.
Matilde was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Simon Dymant in 2000; and brother, Bernard Schwartz.
Survivors include her daughters, Diana Medvedeff (George), of Port St. Lucie and Mirta Dymant, of Florida; grandchildren, David Medvedeff (Michelle), of Lake Mary, Florida and Samantha Kleiman (Jeffrey), of Fort Myers, Florida; great grandchildren, Sarah and Max Medvedeff and Alyssa and Ari Kleiman; and sister, Aida, of Argentina.
A memorial service in Matilde's honor will be held on Tuesday, April 16th, 2019 at 2 pm at Aycock Tradition - Life Celebration Center, 12571 Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34987.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Matilde's honor to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road Fort Pierce, Florida 34981.
