Paul was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past thirteen years coming from Gettysburg, PA.
He served in the United States Army.
Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Beverly Church; three sons, Christopher Church, Kevin and his wife Melanie Church, Stephen and his wife Alice Ramirez; two daughters, Lisa and her husband William Jerrils, Paula and her husband William Hoover; five grandchildren, Kristy, Megan, Ethan, Jake and Erin; three great grandchildren, Brendon Ellis, Taylor Ryne and Joshua Noah.
A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held at a later date.
