Salvatore Giambanco was born in Palermo Sicily where he met his beloved -now departed wife of 56 years, Vita Giambanco. They moved to the Philadelphia 1974 and then to Florida in 1979 were they opened up the famous Sal's restaurant and pizza.
He leaves behind his grown children Rosaria Giambanco, Mimmo Giambanco, Maria Diaz, son-in-law Carlos Diaz, grandchildren Anthony Barcaro, Brianna Barcaro and Arianna Giambanco and many more relatives.
Friends may call at AYCOCK FUNERAL HOME, 12571 SW Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987 on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 3-6 PM. There will be a prayer service held at 3 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Lucie Catholic Church, 425 SW Irving St. Port St Lucie, FL on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, FL.
