

Bernadette M. Pulsoni 59, died November 11, 2015.She was born in Portland, July 3, 1956, a daughter of the late Antonio and Mary Stanhope Pulsoni graduating from Portland High School in 1974. Bernadette earned her early childhood development certification from Southern Maine Technical Institute and enjoyed working and being with children. She had worked for Porteous, Mitchell and Braun and Commercial Distributors both as computer operator. She than was associated with St. Elizabeth's Day Care as a day care provider. Bernadette was a communicant of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception where she taught cathocism classes. She is survived by 1 sister, Maria Therese Pulsoni of Portland, 4 brothers, Antonio F. Pulsoni of So. Portland, Stephen M. Pulsoni of Westbrook, Francis E. Pulsoni and Mark T. Pulsoni both of Buxton, 2 nieces, Erica M. Pulsoni of Brunswick, Katelyn E. Pulsoni of Portland, 4 nephews, Antonio S. Pulsoni of Westbrook, Michael W. Pulsoni of Buxton, Timothy A. Pulsoni of Portland Christopher M. Pulsoni of Peaks Island and a great niece, Gianna Belle Pulsoni-Allen.
Bernadette's family would like to extend a special thanks to the Maine Nephrology Association for the wonderful care that was extended to her during her illness. Also, they wish to thank the staffs at the Gibson Wing of the Maine Medical Center and the Barron Center and all the care givers who brought happiness and dignity to Bernadette's life.
A private time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 17 from 8:30 - 9:30 AM at Jones, Rich and Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford Street, Portland, ME 04103. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 307 Congress St, Portland on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 10 am. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, So. Portland. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital 22 Bramhall St., Portland, Me. 04101
