Carol Ann Jordan

The daughter of Wallace and Nellie (Guptill) McPhail she was born in Portland on April 30, 1948.

Carol was a graduate of Portland High School where she participated on the swim team. After graduation she became a CNA and worked in this field her entire career. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, quilting, baking, shopping at thrift stores, ordering things out of catalogues and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She loved anything gold, miniatures and collecting clocks.

She was predeceased by three siblings William McPhail, Elaine VanScyoc, and Edward McPhail, her two grandchildren, Jana Pooler, and Matthew Pooler, her niece Kristina McPhail, and her nephew Edward McPhail.

Carol is survived by her daughter Julie McPhail, of Portland, her grandchildren, Cari Pooler, and Jaylin McPhail, two great-grandchildren, Jaycee Johnson, and Cayn Johnson all of Portland. She is also survived her sisters Deborah Kilton of Naples, and Patricia Gowell of Wales, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private. Interment will be in Brooklawn Memorial Park in Portland.
