Well I was told on my mother’s death bed that Carroll Devon was my father I wish I’d had the chance to meet him.

Uncle Lucky was one of my favorite people!!

Living across the street from Lucky for the last 13 years gave us an extra sense of security knowing he was watchful over our home and our kids. Lucky was always warm and friendly and ready with a wave and smile. We will miss him.

Bo is the last of Uncle Arthur's family to go.  Have some great memories of him and I spending time playing cards and games.  Miss you cousin.  R.I.P.

So sorry to hear of Lucky's passing.  We lived across the street from Thelma and Lucky for five years and loved being their neighbors.  He would protect our cat from the bully cat down the street!  Our son Patrick Loved them both and spent a lot of time with Lucky!  God will take care of him now.   Priscilla and Louis Waters

Sorry to hear on the passing of Lucky.  I went and still remember a fantastic family reunion he had at his house on Devon St. when I was 17.  May he rest in peace.
