

Windham-JeffreyWalter Fortin, 25, passed away on September 4, 2010. Jeff was born on February 18, 1985 to Loretta Ann Rodney Fortin and Jeff Fortin of Portland. He went to Deering High School where he enjoyed playing football, graduating in 2003. While going to high school he attended PATHS exceeding in the Masonry Class receiving the Michael Scribner Award for excellence in Masonry. He worked full time at Applicator Sales, Nappi Distributors, and many weekends at his Grandfather’s Masonry Business.
Jeff loved football and going to Foxboro to see the New England Patriots as often as possible. He enjoyed Nascar Racing, Hunting, and Fishing. The love of his life was his daughter Kaylee, and he enjoyed spending a lot of time with her at Little Sebago Lake.
Jeff was predeceased by his mother Loretta Ann Rodney Fortin, his cousins Stefano Nappi, and James Reynolds and his grandparents Frances and Jean Fortin. Jeff will be greatly missed by his daughter’s mother Erika Fellows, his Dad, Jeff Fortin, his grandparents Robert and Anne Rodney, his sisters Jessica Fortin, younger sister Jodie Fortin, and half brother Jonah James Hoyt. He also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and a best friend Travis Moreau.
A memorial service will be held on Friday September 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home 199 Woodford St. Portland. Intermit will follow at Forest City Cemetery in South Portland.
