Lin Chan Lau

Freeport-Lin Chan Lau age 75 of Freeport passed away Saturday March 1, 2014 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born in Mongcai, Vietnam on April 21, 1938. She married Man Thenh Ly and was a loving wife and mother of eight sons and daughters.

Lin is survived by her husband Man Thenh Ly of Freeport, Daughter Mui Chang and her husband Ban Chang of Boston, MA, a daughter Fang Liu and her husband Tian Chen of Freeport, a son Cuong Ly and his wife Vay Tang of Freeport, a daughter Tina Cigri and her husband Erkan Cigri of Freeport, a daughter Qiu Lieu and her husband Quang Lieu of Freeport, a daughter Laura Cigri and her husband Kemal Cigri of Freeport, a daughter Valami Ly and her husband Tommy Ng of Freeport, and a son Henry Ly and his wife Min Ling Huang of Boston, MA, as well as 22 grandchildren.

There are no visiting hours scheduled. A Buddhist Funeral Service will take place on Saturday March 8, 2014 from 8:00 to 10:30 A.M. in the Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home 199 Woodford St. Portland, Maine.
