

Scarborough- Paul Morrison Miller, 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday September 4, 2011. The son of Arthur and Doris (Trask) Miller he was born in Portland on May 11, 1938. He attended Portland Schools and also joined the Army Reserves as a young man. He was a hard worker, working at B & M Baked Beans for approximately 16 years, for the City of Portland in the Parks and Recreation Department for 25 years, and most recently as a crossing guard for the Town of Gorham. He enjoyed roller skating, NASCAR, poker, the New England Patriots, and having his family around. He was predeceased by four brothers, Bobby, Earl, Nelson, and Richard. He is survived by his wife Debra of 33 years, his children, Pam Miller of Portland, Paul Jr. of Windham, Jay Miller of Old Orchard Beach, Jeffery Miller of New Gloucester, Scott Miller of Portland, Cheryl Miller of Lyman, Donna Miller and her boyfriend David Prejean of Biddeford, Donald and Lori Miller of Biddeford, Steven Miller of Biddeford, and Sharon Miller of Windham, and a sister Sandra Hannigan of Portland. Family and Friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Thursday September 8, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 PM and from 6:00-8:00 PM at Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home 199 Woodford St. Portland. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday September 9, 2011 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Philip Shearman officiating.
