Richard Joseph Ayoob

Winslow – Richard Joseph Ayoob, 84, of Winslow, died on May 5, 2015 in his home in Winslow. He was born in Fort Fairfield, Maine on May 14, 1930. Son of Joseph M. Ayoob and Cecelia Hurst. Richard graduated from Waterville High School and served in the Army during the Korean War.

He is survived by his sister Dolores Decubellis of Newport Beach CA, his children, Karen & Mark Poirier, Paul & Holly Ayoob, Nancy & Rich Elias, Rick & Ann Ayoob, and Tina Kinney-Weston & Mark Weston, his grandchildren Anthony Elias, Ryan Schroeder, Derek Ayoob, Nick Elias, Noelle Kinney, Erika Schroeder, Marcus Kinney, Christopher Ayoob, Connor Ayoob and Clarke Ayoob, Step grandchildren Asia Tellez, Trevor Steele, Griffin Weston and Olivia Weston, and several close cousins.

There are no visiting hours scheduled. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Maronite Catholic Church in Waterville, Maine on Friday May, 8 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society of Maine – 1 Bowdoin Mill Island, Suite 300, Topsham, Maine, 04086
