He was an entrepreneur from birth to death. One of his favorite sayings was “someone’s trash is someone’s treasure”. He was a giver, ALWAYS finding something for someone to utilize. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially Holiday traditions with his daughter. He enjoyed volunteering at church. He had a love for sports, football, racing and attending local boxing matches. His pride and joy was his children and his chevelle. He was a great and loyal friend to many.
He is survived by his daughter Naomi Brown and spouse Joe Paradis. His son Brian Higgins. Grandchildren, Dillen Brown and Brooke Brown. Lindsey Higgins, Haley Higgins, Allyson Higgins, Shania Higgins and Brian Higgins Jr. One great grand child Kaison Brown. His brothers Dennis Ramsey, Donald Ramsey, Jeff Ramsey and Mark Ramsey.
He is predeceased by his parents Donald Ramsey and Barbara Ramsey.
