Bob was born on January 13, 1960, in Portland, Maine, the son of Gene R. Villacci, Sr. and Patricia E. Greenlaw. He attended Falmouth schools and went on to become an auto mechanic, proudly serving the Falmouth community as well as many friends and family over the years. Bob was known for his honesty, fair pricing and generosity to those in need.
Bob spent the last 36 years with his longtime partner, Debra J. Heatley, along with many beloved boxer pups. His hobbies included soccer, race car driving, hunting, snowmobiling, and spending time with family and friends. Bob was known for his laid-back and kind nature. Family and friends have many fond memories of him at gatherings, outings and celebrations. Bob was a friend to all and well-liked.
Bob was predeceased by his father, Gene R. Villacci, Sr., and his mother, Patricia E. Greenlaw.
Bob is survived by his partner, Debra J. Heatley; her son, Jayson Heatley and Shea; and Arrow, his loyal fur buddy. He is also survived by his brothers, Gene Villacci and Helena, Mike Villacci and Holly, and Jake Small and Chris; his sister, Jenny Potter and Reid; as well as his nieces and nephews, Sierra, Heather, Ryan, Tyler, Bailey, Evan, Mason, and Teddy, and an incredible number friends and family.
A heartfelt thank you to Deb, who took amazing care of Bob during his illness and ensured his final days were peaceful and lived according to his wishes.
Family and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Saturday, February 7th, from 1-3 PM at Jones, Rich & Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford Street, Portland. A service will follow at 3:00 pm, followed by A Celebration of Life at 4:30 p.m. at The Dome / Turfs on Warren Avenue in Portland.
Bob will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
