Ruth Marston

Died in Portland: Ruth Randall (Goodrich) Marston, on January 21, of end stage Alzheimer's Disease. She graduated from Portland High School and Northeastern Business College. Prior to her marriage she worked for several years as receptionist and bookkeeper for a Portland jeweler. After her husband Richard Goodrich was disabled she took over the Goodrich Insurance Agency until her retirement in 1976. She was active in the churches she attended; and after her marriage to Harold Marston, she worked with him as an outreach evangelist on behalf of several revival crusades around the state. She is predeceased by both husbands and two of her sisters, Deltha and Corris. She is survived by her sister Janice and her daughter Elaine.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation from 4:00 PM until 6:00PM on Thursday, January 31, at Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home at 199 Woodford Street in Portland, Maine.
