Born in Saco and long term resident of Portland she raised a son, Jay Kovensky, taught dancing for many years, loved going to the beaches and touched everyone she met with her grace and independence. Her life was full with many joys and great sadness. More recently, she took great joy in watching her grandson, Jacob Tyler Phillips, great granddaughter Olivia Rose Phillips and great, great nephew Jack Lloyd Heary grow and flourish.
She will be missed by all those who loved her.
