Bobsy was born in Portland, OR to Harold and Jane Miller on November 9th, 1936.
She spent her life in the greater Portland area as a dedicated homemaker, mother of four, and philanthropist and is predeceased by her husband, Leo Gene Graham.
Bobsy's family will memorialize her in private, and no services are currently planned.
