She was born in Van Nuys, Calif. on May 27, 1932. Anita M. Pastor graduated from a Van Nuys high school and also studied business at a local community college. She was married to William Pastor on March 2, 1969.
Anita Pastor had a career in accounting and worked for several large companies, and alongside William Pastor, she ran a successful whole fryer chicken farming operation. She had a passion for gardening, and loved a good BBQ and family outings to camp, hike, and fish.
She is survived by Frederic Plouf, Anna Speropulos, Tina, Maria, and Eleni Speropulos and Tina’s children: Isabella and Alexandria Otto.
There will be no funeral or memorial services, per Anita M. Pastor’s request. She will be inurned at Willamette National Cemetery.
