Anna Laura Bruce passed away at home on March 16, 2013. Anna was born in Butte, Montana to Leroy and Lucille Frodsham on Oct 9, 1931. Anna met her husband, William Orin Bruce while the two worked for the carnival. They were married in 1952 and moved to Portland, Oregon. Anna worked for City City Parking in Portland.
Anna was a bowling coach at Interstate Bowling Lanes for many years. She loved to play bingo and bunco in her spare time. Anna was a loving mother who was always there for her children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Orin Bruce Sr., and son William Orin Bruce Jr. She is survived by two daughters, Laura Sweider of Portland, and Joan Carle of Portland, 7 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
