Her name rang out to me like big bell as I remembered meeting her in June 2000.  Anna Pavlova and Tamara Karsavina were dancers with 'The Original Ballet Russe' in Australian tour 1939-1940.  She also danced with my teacher George Zoritch, (06 June 1917- 01 Nov, 2009), Andrei Tremaine, Marc Platt, Victor Moreno and Paul Maure, among others, all of which are but good memories of long ago.  Her amazing extensions and incredible flexibility and feet, allowed her to dance with feeling and interpretation in feeling free to express oneself through the body.  I believe that I meet her along with many others, through George as his companion and friend at the Ballets Russes De Monticello 50-Year Reunion in New Orleans between 01-04 of June 2000.

My wife's mother Nadezdya Podbolotova was laid to rest at the end of June 2012, near to Anna.
