Billie J. (Hargrave) Majors was born April 13, 1933 in Rexburg, Idaho and grew up in Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Jefferson High School and Oregon State University. In 1955, she married Robert H. Majors and they raised their four children in the Portland area. Billie enjoyed her career as a teacher, administrator, and middle school counselor in the North Clackamas School District until she retired in 1991 to golf and travel. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Preceding her in death was her husband Bob, sons Bryce and Scott. Surviving family is Michael and Cathy Malos (Eugene), Rob and Susan Gagnon (Lake Oswego), and Ken Majors (Oregon City). Billie is also survived by her sister, Ruth LuDene (Clark), grandchildren Katie Malos, Ryan and Austin McCune, and Samantha Majors, in addition to many nieces and nephews and brother-in-law, Jerry Majors. A service and Celebration of Life will be held February 6, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home.
