Billy, You will always be in my heart and memories as a professional, story teller and a gentleman. I would have so many questions on programing and rate cases. You always came across the phone as smiling and helpful long before we ever met in person. Then when we met it was like meeting an old friend. Then when I was not feeling well your stories and tales of company decisions made me laugh. I believe you are telling tales in heaven and the angels are also laughing. Vaya con dios my friend.

Billy I miss you until this day, it’s been only a few days since you past but you were my favorite resident that I worked with in Portland. I will never forget your stories you always told me about El Paso & how you told me that I should come back so you can tell me the stories about the aliens. Me & you had a very good bond, I would come visit you in your room even though I wasn’t on the floor I was working on. You were my buddy. I loved how I can tell anything & you will give me advice back, I will miss watching those basketball games, you always telling me that your want a Carmel Frappuccino from Starbucks & a Big Mac meal. Thank you so much for letting me care for you & also meeting your wonderful family! I’ll see you soon buddy👼🏼
