Bob Lloyd Beckman

Bob Lloyd Beckman died April 8, 2011 in Clackamas, Oregon at the age of 66 years. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Friday, April 15, 2011 at 11:00 am. Interment with be at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.

Bob was born May 31, 1944 in Portland, Oregon the son of Lyle Cecil Simmons and Audrey Beckman. He lived for a short time in Wyoming but returned to Portland as a child. He graduated from Madison High School. On February 19, 1965 Bob was united in marriage to Dolores Larson. He worked for 25 years at Precision Cast Parts as a machinist.

Bob's hobbies were working on cars, bowling, fishing, sports (boxing and wrestling), country music and rock n' roll. He also loved to dance and once won an award.

Survivors include his wife, Dolores; daughters, Julie, Cindy and Christine; sister, Debra Smith; grandsons, Robert and Paul and two step grandchildren, Amber and Kayla Heine. Preceded by his parents and sister, Barbara Ann Westover.
