Bret is preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Harter. He is survived by his two children, Ellisen and Tennyson Harter; the mother of his children, Darlene Miller; and his father, Charles Harter.
Bret is in the care of Skyline Memorial Gardens and Funeral home, where he will be laid to rest. He will be missed dearly by all of his family and friends.
