Charles “Chuck” Edwin Moody, age 86, of Woodburn, Oregon passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022 in Tualatin, Oregon. He was born June 18, 1936 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Wilbur & Stella (Manning) Moody, joining his four siblings Eldred, Bonna “Bonnie”, Imogene “Jean” and Joyce.
He is survived by his children and their spouses, Carla (Larry) Bird, Lynn (David) Kahl, Rachelle (Randy) Hazelton, and Gary (Patty) Moody, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews as well as many close & dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and 3 nephews.
He will be remembered for his love of life, laughter and all things fishing and golfing.
A luncheon and informal service of remembrance will begin at 11:30 am on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd. in Portland, with a committal service in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
