Charlotte Kemper was born to parents Robert and Evangeline Ostrom in Couer d' Alene, Idaho on May 9, 1920 and passed away in Gresham, Oregon on August 5, 2011 at the age of 91 years.

Charlotte was a Homemaker. She is survived by her Son; Douglas Kemper and Daughter; Shelley Ferguson. She was preceded in death by her Husband; Douglas.
